- Sun can heat temperature further up. On a day with "only" 25-30 0C is measured 110 0C on a dark container. Inside containers over deck temperatures is measured up to 80 0C.
- Take also the inside climate in to you consideration.
- A ventilated and refrigerated container in dessert conditions do not dry out but humidity is sucked in because dessert air at 80 0C and 15% humidity contain more than 100% water at 5 0C.
