As already demonstrated vibration protection is difficult to calculate and design. The best way to deal with the problem today is simply to perform following tests on the proposals for new packaging designs.
- Sweep test from 1-100/200 Hz of sinus vibration to locate possible critical areas.
- Random vibration test for the simulation of the transport environment.
