legislation - up and down

  1. You first make only one design proposal for your packaging. Such a design proposal can be done either by engineering calculation or after the best experiences from earlier designs.
  2. Depending on either failure or acceptance of the design you start a step-by-step procedure either upgrading or downgrading the materials in the design.
  3. The testing is continued several times until you are able to demonstrate the critical area of material used in the design.
  4. The policy for stepping up and down can be different. You can either make small steps up or down until the result of the test change. Or you can make large steps both up and down around the critical area.
